Basic Freezes

Here I'm going to show you the basic freezes for BreakDance. It's only in pictures, when I'm free, I might do a video.

This is the Chair Freeze. This is my personal favorite.

Egg Plant.

Elbow Freeze. This is the hardest of all the basic freezes.

Headstand. This is the painful one (at the start).

Shoulder Freeze. The easiest of them.
